All Purchases and Transactions With Power And Control, Inc. Are Subject To The Following Terms and Conditions:

All invoices left unpaid after the designated payment period are subject to a 3% late payment service charge.
Any and all invoices or transactions paid by Credit Card are subject to a maximum of 4% surcharge by law.
Returns are not guaranteed on any equipment that has been removed or unsealed from it's original packaging.
Any return that it deemed acceptable is subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%. This covers costs of processing returns and restocking products.
All documentation and transaction information from Power And Control, Inc.; including, but not limited to: estimates (quotations), packing slips, order forms, purchase orders, invoices, and payments are confidential and only intended for persons withing the organization addressed. Failure to maintain confidentiality may result in litigation for loss and/or damages.
We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone that does not meet our credit criteria.
